CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to your departure will result in a full refund minus a processing fee. Reservations canceled 59 days or less before your departure will forfeit your estimated charges and down payment.

PICK-UPS & RETURNS

Pick-up times are after 1:00 PM on the day of your departure. Earlier times may be arranged depending on availability. Return times are before 10:00 AM. There will be an additional charge for any late returns. Remember, if there is another family scheduled to pick up the RV you’re driving for their vacation, they will not be able to start their trip as planned. Waste tanks must be dumped or there is a $25 fee per tank that will be deducted from the security deposit. The fuel level must also be full or there will be a $50 charge deducted from the security deposit plus the cost of the fuel.
